Bill is a seasoned entrepreneur and global-business executive, combining more than 20 years of experience in international investment banking, with successful technology start-ups. He spent 17 years in Asia developing commercial and investment banking businesses for Chemical Bank/Riggs Bank. Returning to the U.S. in 1992, he launched New Pacific Partners, an investment banking partnership focused on Asian-market strategies, and later served as co-founder and first CEO of Tegic Communications (acquired by AOL).

Jessika Gebauer is a Northwest native. Her background includes a variety of business experiences, including catalyzing Boeing's 777 assembly, designing world-class homes and creating evenings to remember. Her professionalism is sure to bring success to any team, while her passion for nature, humanity and expression align closely with Exbiblio’s culture. When not sharing this philosophy with the world, she spends her silly time surfing or enjoying music, art and all animals.

Andy Bliven is a versatile software designer who has helped develop products for diverse applications from modeling software to imaging hearts and keeping musicians on tempo. He has worked on products for Microsoft, IBM Rational, Hewlett-Packard, and several much smaller companies. He and his wife are striving to propel three nearly-grown kids into the world and occasionally he gets out to explore the wilds of the Pacific Northwest afoot.

Eric Frith is an editor, producer, and director, creating projects that have screened at top film festivals, received numerous awards and been acquired for distribution nationally and internationally, Miramax, Dream Entertainment, Off the Fence. Eric has also created corporate marketing and media (Microsoft, Starbucks, AT&T, REI) and is combining these experiences to bring Exbiblio’s story and ideas to the world. Favorite things: spending time with my wife and son and making music with friends.

Tony brings a Swiss-Army knife style to the Exbiblio team, seeking collaborative ways to help others solve problems. His irrepressible “show must go on” attitude was honed through decades of production experience in media creation, corporate events management, architectural previz and theatrical staging. Some of his clients include; Microsoft, Boeing, Wamu and SBC. His best creations to date are his two wonderful daughters who bring purpose and perspective to all his other ventures.

Martin was a founder of Tegic Communications and co-inventor of Tegic's T9 text input technology, now found in most mobile phones worldwide. He was also a founder of DisplayLink, Ndiyo, The Film Connection, and Pangea Giving for Global Change.

Mike is a physicist, engineer, and patent professional who directs the many patent and other IP projects here at Exbiblio. When not on Vashon working to make the world a bit better, you can find him hanging with his family in the park, tearing up the soccer field or chillin' in his neighborhood bookstores, pubs and cafes.

Clayt Lofgren is a relocated Midwesterner living in Seattle since 2001. He has an educational background in psychology and counseling which he's most recently applied to the business world through organizational management and administration. His work has included teaching job skills to the disabled, school counseling/admin and medical/dental office management. Outside work, he enjoys relaxing with friends and family, traveling and following pop culture and politics.
